We are looking for about 20 volunteer “victims” of all ages. If you are interested in being a part of our drill, we will need you from 9:00 AM - noon at the CES Township building on Spring St. You can choose to be as seriously “hurt” as you’re comfortable with. Summit - Reeves Reed Arboretum is getting ready for Spring and needs volunteers for their Ground Force sessions. These sessions are a great opportunity for students who enjoy working outdoors! Spend a morning or afternoon helping our Horticulture staff maintain and enhance the beauty of our gardens and grounds. For Saturday Ground Force, we welcome volunteers ages 14 and up to participate in one or more sessions. 12 and 13 year olds are also welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult volunteer. Monday and Thursday Ground Force sessions are open to ages 18 and up. Click here for session dates and times. TEEN VOLUNTEERS 16 AND OLDER NEEDED- NJ Blood Services, a division of the NY Blood Center, is in need of teen volunteers, to help out at blood drives. The blood service volunteer is an integral member of the blood collection team whose task it is assist donors during the donation process by escorting them from the bed to the canteen table, watching them for post donation reactions, and how to properly respond. Teen volunteers should be friendly and enjoy talking with others. They should also to be able to perform different jobs as needed and have the willingness to follow the rules.
